DOWNLOAD, PRINT, & COMPLETE THE RESULT NOTIFICATION FORM: The Result Notification Form is an essential component to include when sending your DNA samples to our laboratory. If you do not have access to a printer, kindly transcribe all requested information from the Result Notification Form onto a piece of paper. It is important to note that your results will be treated with the utmost confidentiality & will only be accessible to you.
COLLECT SAMPLES WITH A MAKE YOUR OWN KIT: With this Make Your Own Kit, you will not receive anything in the mail. Instead, you will collect your samples & send them into the lab directly. This can be a more cost-effective option& will also ensure you receive your results even faster.
RETURNING DNA SAMPLES: We recommend using a tracked mail service such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. For even faster results, you can overnight the samples to our lab. The shipping cost to return your DNA samples back to our lab is not included; this will be at your own expense. Once our lab receives the properly collected DNA samples and Result Notification Form, we will email confirmation that samples have been received. You can expect your results to be emailed within 7-10 business days.

Critical Information: It's essential to understand that while we champion accuracy, DNA results from alternative samples can't be guaranteed due to potential DNA scarcity. The result is contingent on the sample's quality. All received items, like toothbrushes or hair, undergo a rigorous viability test in our forensic labs. Unfortunately, viability testing fees are non-refundable. In cases where DNA is inadequate, a new sample will be requested for an additional fee without refunds. Each additional alternative sample from the same participant will be charged an extra $100.
